Twins run in my husbands side and now that im pregnant everyone is teasing me about it. Heard the term multiple pregnancy from my gynac too. Just curious what it actually covers, anyone here had one?
My doctor explained it's when two or more babies grow together, can be identical or fraternal. They monitor such pregnancies more closely with extra scans. So regular checkups become really important.
Basically carrying more than one baby. If you are expecting multiples, just follow your doctors checkups properly, they keep a closer eye and you will be fine.
Multiple pregnancy means more than one baby, like twins or triplets. I got twins and trust me it's double everything, double kicks and double sleepless nights haha. Scans confirm it usually by first trimester.
