Im a first time mom and everyone keeps saying try for normal delivery. Honestly i dont fully understand what exactly happens in it vs cesarean. Can someone explain in simple words pls?
Normal delivery, or vaginal birth, is basically when the baby comes out through the birth canal. It's a natural process, and while it can be intense, the recovery for me was quite good. It's a really empowering experience, but every journey is different, so just be open to what your body needs.
Normal delivery? Oh, that's when the baby decides to just... exit the building... on their own terms, via the 'traditional' route! It was a lot, but hey, baby's out! Now if only they came with a sleep button, lol.
Normal delivery refers to the baby coming out through the natural way, not by surgery. My mother and elders always spoke about the strength in a natural birth. While they gave advice, ultimately, it is important to trust your doctor's assessment for what is best and safest for you and your baby.
I'm also curious about this because I hear so many different stories! From what I understand, normal delivery means a vaginal birth without surgical intervention. I'm hoping for one, but also trying to be realistic about whatever is safest. Are you also thinking about your birth plan?
A normal delivery is when the baby is born vaginally. For me, with my thyroid issues, my doctor kept a very close eye on my health to ensure a normal delivery was still a safe option. It's important to discuss your health with your gynac to see if you're a good candidate and what precautions are needed.
