Just came back from my anomaly scan and the report has FL value but i have no clue what the normal range should be. Doc said everything looks fine but im the type who likes to understand the numbers myself.
FL is femur length, the baby's thigh bone, they measure it in the anomaly scan. My doctor said at 20 weeks it's roughly around 3 cm and they match it with the dates. She told me not to compare numbers online, the radiologist reads it in context.
Honestly these scan values vary baby to baby. What matters is whether it fits the gestational age. Best to let your gynac interpret the full report instead of one number.
