I felt so terrified when my doctor found a small cyst during my first scan, I literally started crying. But my gynac explained it was a corpus luteum cyst, which actually helps support the early pregnancy. It naturally went away by the second trimester.
Oh, don't stress too much about cysts! Many women have them during early pregnancy without even knowing, and they usually shrink on their own. Just keep up with your regular scans and let your doctor monitor it.

I had a 4cm cyst during my second pregnancy which the doctor monitored during my usual ultrasounds. It didn't cause any pain or trouble, and I had a perfectly safe delivery. I didn't take any medicine for it either.
Dealing with pregnancy anxiety along with morning sickness is already so hard, and finding out about a cyst makes it worse. In most cases, these cysts are totally benign and don't affect the baby. Just take your prescribed rest and eat whatever small meals you can manage.
