Took a home test this morning and im genuinely confused looking at the lines. First time doing this. One line is dark other is faint. How do u read if its positive or negative? my hands were shaking the whole time honestly.

Positive means hcg hormone detected, shows as two lines or the word pregnant on digital kits. Negative is single line. Tip: test with first morning urine for clearest result, faint lines early are common.
Two lines usually means positive (pregnant), one line means negative. On the digital ones it literally says pregnant or not pregnant. Even a faint second line counts as positive, so retest after a couple days to confirm.
