Saw posterior written on my scan report and got a little confused, didnt get time to ask doc properly. Is it something to worry about? someone pls explain in simple words.

It simply means your placenta is at the back side of the womb, which is totally fine. It is not a complication at all. Just keep attending your regular checkups and don't Google too much, it only creates unnecessary tension.
