Im in my 5th month and lately i keep forgetting small small things, kal toh i forgot where i kept my own phone while talking on it. My friend laughed and said its pregnancy brain. Is this an actual thing yaar or just me being lazy?
Arey, pregnancy brain is totally normal, don't worry! It's like your brain is busy making a whole new human, so small things like remembering appointments or words just slip sometimes. Keep a small notebook or use your phone for reminders, it helps a lot. It usually gets better after delivery.
I experienced a lot of forgetfulness during my pregnancy, especially in the second trimester. I'd forget why I walked into a room or what I needed from the grocery store. It was quite frustrating sometimes, but my doctor had said it's a common thing for many pregnant women.
Mere saath bhi same hua tha! Meri saas bolti thi, 'beti, yeh toh nishani hai, sab theek hai'. She used to laugh when I put salt instead of sugar in chai. It's just part of the journey, happens to most of us.
Oh god, I've heard so much about pregnancy brain! It sounds like a real thing, forgetting where you kept your keys or what you were just saying. I'm already a bit forgetful, so I'm actually a little scared about how bad it'll get. Is it really that noticeable for everyone?
