Saw a few people on TTC groups mention preseed and im totally lost about what it actually is and how it helps. we've been trying for almost a year now. can someone explain in simple words pls?
Basically a lubricant designed to be ph balanced so sperm survive better than with regular ones. If u are trying and need it, fine, but if conceiving is taking long do get a basic check up too. The lube alone isnt the full picture.
I was also shy to ask about this. From what I understood its a special lube that is safe to use when u want to get pregnant. Maybe ask the pharmacist or ur doctor quietly, they wont judge.
We used a sperm friendly lube like this during our trying months and it just makes things more comfortable, thats all. It doesnt boost fertility magically but it doesnt hurt the chances either. Whatever makes the journey easier, go for it.
Its a fertility friendly lubricant na, made so it doesnt harm the sperm like normal lubes can. People use it when trying to conceive if dryness is an issue. I looked into it myself when we started trying.
