This is the water bag breaking early and it needs quick medical attention to avoid infection. I was told never to ignore fluid leaking. If you ever notice it, please go to the hospital right away, dont wait at home.
PROM means premature rupture of membranes, basically when your water breaks before labour starts. My doctor told me if i ever felt a sudden gush or constant leaking of fluid, to come in immediately. Its not something to wait on, so call your gynac if that happens.
