My early scan report mentioned something about sac separation and now im a bit scared honestly. Doc said come back in 2 weeks but didnt explain much. Has anyone gone through this, what does it actually mean?
My doctor explained it as a small bleed between the gestational sac and uterus wall, they call it subchorionic separation sometimes. She said small ones often resolve on their own and just monitored me with scans. Yours should be explained based on your report.
Its when the sac slightly separates from the lining, often shows as a small bleed. Mostly handled with rest and follow up scans. Avoid heavy work and travel till doctor says clear. Dont panic but dont ignore either.

Its basically a partial detachment of the sac, severity depends on size and location. Some are minor, some need more care, only your scan and gynac can tell which one yours is. I would not rely on general answers for this.
