What is the average weight increase during pregnancy?
Im in my 5th month and have put on around 6 kg already. Saas keeps saying im gaining too much yaar. Just wanted to know what is normal range overall so I dont stress unnecessarily.
Usually, it's about 11 to 16 kg, but remember, it's not just fat; it's the baby, placenta, amniotic fluid, and increased blood volume. I gained about 13 kg with my first, and it felt very natural. Focus on nourishing yourself and your baby rather than stressing about the numbers too much.
In my experience, this varies a lot depending on your starting BMI and individual health. My doctor at the premium hospital gave me a personalized target range. It's always best to ask your gynac or the nutritionist at your hospital about what's ideal for *your* specific case to get the most accurate guidance.
Around 12 se 15 kilo toh normal hai. Agar bahut zyada ho raha hai ya bahut kam, tab apne doctor se baat karo. Zyada tension mat lo weight ki, baby healthy hona chahiye, that's what matters. Baaki toh sab theek ho jata hai delivery ke baad.
Ohh, I felt so worried about this too! In my first pregnancy, I gained around 14 kgs. Initially, I thought it was a lot, but my doc assured me it was perfectly normal. It's amazing how much your body changes to make space for the little one.
Hi! Generally, doctors say anywhere from 11-16 kgs is considered average for a healthy pregnancy if you start with a normal BMI. But har body alag hoti hai, some gain less, some gain more. Important hai ki aap apne gynac se consult karte raho, they'll tell you what's right for your body type and health.
Hahahaha, weight gain toh hota hi hai! 😂 It really depends on person to person yaar. Some gain 10-12 kg, kuch log 15-18 kg tak bhi gain karte hain. Just try to eat healthy, rest is all part of the journey! 🤰
