Im 31 and just got married, everyone around me keeps saying dont wait too long. Not pregnant yet but thinking about planning. Is there really a best age or is it different for everyone? just want some real opinions.
Please don't stress too much about the perfect age yaar. I started late and yes it took time and treatment, but I got my baby. Whatever your situation, your gynac can guide you the right way.
Most docs say 20s to early 30s is the easiest window for the body, that's what I've always heard. But honestly age is just one part, your overall health matters more. I had my second at 33 and it was totally fine.
With PCOS I won't pretend it's the same for everyone. I'd just say don't delay too much if you can help it, and get checked early. My gynac told me earlier planning gave me more options.
Biologically 20s are considered ideal, but realistically people are having healthy babies in their 30s with good care. Get a preconception checkup and let the doctor assess your fertility and health. Numbers alone don't decide everything.
