We just started trying this month and im trying to figure out the right timing around my cycle. My periods come pretty regular so i think i can track it. Anyone who conceived can tell how u figured out the best days?
Just a gentle note, with PCOS like mine ovulation isn't always regular so the standard mid cycle guess didn't work for me. My doctor helped track it properly. Everyone's body is different so don't compare too much.
