What is the best position to sleep in early pregnancy?
Im just 7 weeks and somehow im so confused about how to sleep. I usually sleep on my stomach but now i feel scared ki kahi baby ko pressure na ho. Is it ok in early days or should i change now itself? pls share.
To be honest, in the first trimester, sleep however you can because the fatigue is real. Left side is technically best, but don't overthink it yet. Just invest in a good C-shaped pregnancy pillow early on, it's a game changer.
Whatever you do, keep your mind calm and stay positive before sleeping. Sleeping on your left side is considered very good for the baby's blood flow. Just pray, relax, and let God handle the rest. Take care of yourself.
I always tell moms here, don't panic if you wake up on your back in the middle of night! Sleeping on your left side is the ideal way, but early on, any comfortable position is fine. Just use a normal soft pillow between your knees for extra comfort.
I know how anxious we get about every little thing, especially after a long wait. Honestly, in the early weeks, just sleep in whatever position makes you feel relaxed and safe. Left side is eventually recommended, but dont stress too much right now, dear. Take care.
In early days, my mother used to tell me to just sleep comfortably, even on the back is fine initially. Later she made me sleep on my left side and kept cushions behind my back. It really helped me get peaceful sleep at ghar pe.
Actually, I just had my baby and remember this phase so well. I was a stomach sleeper, so transitioning was tough. But early on, my gynac said any side is fine, though left is best. Just get cozy before the big belly kicks in!
