Any standard home urine test works well if you use first morning urine and wait till after your missed period. I used Prega News both times, did the job. For confirmation a blood beta hCG test is most accurate, your doc can guide.
The regular pharmacy strips are cheap and work fine, no need for the expensive digital ones really. Take it after your period is late so you dont waste it. If positive, then go for the doctor confirmation.
