What is the best time to have intercourse to conceive?
Been trying for a few months now and im trying to time things better around ovulation. Still a bit confused about the exact fertile window. How did u figure out the right days, pls share what worked.
I tracked my cycle on an app and used ovulation strips, that helped me find my exact fertile days. The two days before ovulation worked for me. The strips were honestly more accurate than just guessing.
We tracked ovulation but honestly the month I stopped stressing was when it happened, funny na. Dont turn it into a project. Just relax and enjoy the process a bit.
My doctor told me the fertile window is the few days before and including ovulation. So roughly around days 12 to 16 in a 28 day cycle, but it varies. She suggested every alternate day in that window rather than stressing daily.
We just started trying, so this is so helpful. I was confused about whether to count from period start or end. Going to try the ovulation kit route too.
