What is the best time to use pregnancy test?

Bought a kit yesterday and now confused about when to take it, morning or anytime works? Iv heard first urine is more accurate but not sure. period is 2 days late. pls share what worked best for you.

Morning, first pee, after a missed period. That combo gave me the clearest result both times. Dont waste kits testing at random times.

My doctor told me early morning first urine is best because hcg is most concentrated then. If u test in evening after lots of water it can dilute and show faint. So I always did it right after waking up.
