Chances dont really depend on the month or year, they depend on your cycle and timing around ovulation. Any month you time the fertile window well you have a good chance. Dont attach it to a particular calendar date.
Haha the month on the calendar doesnt vote on this, your ovulation does. February is as good as any other yaar. Just focus on the fertile window and relax.
