What is the difference between pregnancy cramps and period cramps?
Im in my tww and getting these dull cramps, feels almost like period is coming. Matlab how do u even tell the difference between the two? Anyone been through this confusion?
Mere case me mujhe heavy cramps the par low back ache bhi tha, later found it was a complication. Please don't ignore any strong cramping, regular period-like sharp pain in early months should be reported to doctor asap.
Pregnancy cramps are usually milder and localized on one side, more like a dull pull. Period cramps are more intense and constant. I only did light walking when doctor allowed, but if cramps are strong, talk to gynac.
Period pain feels like someone is twisting your uterus, while pregnancy stretch is more like a muscle pull. With twins, my uterus was stretching constantly! If it's too severe or painful, call your doctor.
Actually, pregnancy cramps (implantation ones) feel like mild pinching or tugging, unlike the heavy throbbing of periods. But remember, if cramps are severe or you see any pink spotting, contact your doctor straight away.
Honestly, period cramps hit heavy and you know it's coming, but early pregnancy pain is very mild and brief, on and off. If you are having sharp pain that doesn't go away, stop work and see your doc immediately.
