We are trying since few months and during my last scan the doctor mentioned my endometrial lining thickness. Didnt fully understand what number is good for conceiving. Anyone who knows about this, pls help me understand.
My gynac said the lining thickens through the cycle and there is a healthy range around ovulation for implantation. She measured it on scan during my treatment. Since it changes with timing, the best is to have your doctor read your specific report.
With my PCOS journey the lining was something my doctor monitored a lot. I wont throw a number because it differs by cycle phase and person. Please let your gynac interpret your scan, they know what is right for you.
During my IVF the doctors watched my endometrial thickness very closely before transfer, they wanted it in a good range. They explained it needs to be thick enough for the embryo to settle. But the exact number is something your specialist tracks for you, so trust their reading.
