My platelets dropped near the end and my doctor monitored it closely. It can matter for delivery. So if yours is on the lower side, please keep following up with your gynac, dont ignore it.
My doctor said a mild drop in pregnancy is common and usually harmless, they just keep checking the CBC. She told me what number she wanted before delivery. Best to ask yours what your target should be.
Roughly the normal range is around 1.5 to 4 lakh, and it can dip a little in pregnancy which is often fine. Doctors watch the trend. If yours is low your gynac will guide you, dont compare reports randomly.
