What is the percentage of first pregnancy miscarriages?
This is my first pregnancy and im just 6 weeks, honestly thoda scared after reading stuff online. Wanted to understand how common miscarriage actually is in the first one. Trying not to panic.
I know this is a scary statistic to think about, but statistically around 15-20% of first pregnancies can end in miscarriage, mostly due to natural chromosomal issues. Try not to stress about these numbers and focus on your daily health.
Having gone through IVF, I know the intense fear of loss all too well. While the statistic is around 15-20%, please remember that it is not a reflection of your body's capability. I am sending you so much love and strength, please take it one day at a time.
I am also planning my pregnancy now and honestly these numbers make me so nervous when I read them online. It's so hard not to overthink, but we have to remind ourselves that most first pregnancies do result in healthy babies!
Please don't fill your mind with these negative statistics, dear. Just pray, stay positive, and take care of your health. Trust that God has a plan and everything will work out beautifully.
Instead of searching Google for these scary percentages, focus on eating healthy, resting, and visiting your doctor regularly. Google will only give you anxiety, which is not good for you right now.
