My period is delayed by 3 days and im so tempted to test right now. But I dont want a wrong result and get my hopes up. When did u all test for the most accurate answer?
Dont stress urself testing daily yaar, I did that and just wasted strips. Wait for the missed period, do it first thing in morning, and if confused do a blood test to be sure. Sending u good luck.
My tracker app reminded me, best is the day ur period is due or a couple days after, with first pee of the day. If its negative but no period comes, retest after 3-4 days. The hormone needs time to build up.
Wait till ur period is at least a day or two late, and use the first morning urine, its most concentrated so the result is clearest. Testing too early gives false negatives and unnecessary heartbreak, learnt that twice.
I was so impatient and tested way too early, got a negative and cried, then a few days later it was positive. Lesson learnt, wait for the missed period and test in the morning. Patience is hard but worth it.
