What is the process of pregnancy from conception to birth?
First time pregnant and honestly i dont understand the whole journey properly, like what happens month by month inside. Would love if someone explains in simple words how it all goes from start till delivery.
Roughly its conception, implantation, then first trimester for organ formation, second for growth, third for maturing, then labour and birth. For a proper picture your gynac is the best person, they explain with your own scans which makes it real.
Basically egg meets sperm, fertilises, then it travels and implants in uterus, thats conception. After that it grows in three trimesters, organs forming first, then growth and movement, then full development by end. My gynac explained it nicely at my first visit, ask urs to walk u through with the scans.
Honestly the week by week apps explain this so beautifully, they show how baby develops each week from a tiny dot to fully formed. I loved reading mine every Monday. Whole thing is about 40 weeks from last period.
Its a long beautiful journey na, conception, then nine months of baby growing bit by bit, and finally delivery. Dont overload urself with all stages at once, just take it trimester by trimester.
