It's a mix of hormonal changes and the weight of your growing uterus pulling your spine forward. Try doing gentle pelvic tilts if your doctor has allowed it, and never bend down directly from your waist. Always squat down to pick things up.
Your body is producing relaxin hormone which softens your joints and ligaments to prepare for delivery, hence the ache. Don't worry, just try not to stand for too long and use a pillow behind your back when you sit. You are doing great, just rest more.
Back pain is very common but please check with your gynac once to rule out any urinary infection or other issues. It is always better to be safe and get their opinion before trying any home remedies.
