Getting these dull headaches almost daily since the past week, im around 10 weeks. Never used to get them before pregnancy. Just want to understand why this happens, anyone else faced same?
My hospital's care coordinator told me that while mild headaches are normal, severe ones must be reported immediately to check blood pressure. Definitely call your doctor's office to get it checked out.
Headaches can happen due to hormones, stress, or lack of sleep, dear. Try applying a cold compress to your forehead, but if the headache is very severe or blurry, call your doctor right away.
I totally understand how draining those painful headaches can be when you are already so tired. Please take care of yourself, rest as much as you can, and pamper yourself.
Between the backaches and these headaches, I feel like a walking pharmacy minus the actual medicine, haha! Usually, it’s just hormones or dehydration, so try to drink more water.
Sometimes sudden drops in blood sugar or dehydration can trigger headaches. Try eating small, balanced meals regularly and keep drinking water, but do check with your doctor if it persists.
I had frequent headaches during my first trimester, which I think was due to hormonal shifts and not drinking enough water. Resting in a dark room really helped me feel better.
