What is the right time to conceive baby after periods?
we are trying for our first and im a bit lost on timing. how many days after periods get over is the best chance? been tracking my cycle but still not sure im doing it right. any tips?
Your most fertile days are usually around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. Track it with an app or ovulation kits for better timing. If cycles are irregular, a gynac can help pinpoint your window.
I used a tracker plus ovulation strips and it really helped me catch the right days. For a 28 day cycle it's around day 12 to 16 ish. Apps make it so much easier, give one a try na.
Because of pcos my ovulation was unpredictable, so the standard mid cycle rule didnt fit me. If your periods arent regular, please get a doctor to track your ovulation properly. Dont go only by general dates.
