The early signs are same for everyone whatever language, missed period, nausea, tender breasts, tiredness, going to bathroom more. My amma noticed my tiredness before I even did. If you want it explained in Malayalam, your local doctor or nurse will explain comfortably in your language.
Period missing, vomiting feeling, body very tired, breast paining little, these were my first signs. Simple to notice. If your doctor speaks Malayalam they can tell you everything clearly in your own language, that is most comfortable.
