What is white discharge in 9th month of pregnancy?
Im in my 9th month and getting more white discharge these days. Thoda confused if its normal at this stage or a sign labour is near. Anyone who reached full term, what was ur experience?
With my PCOS, I was always extra watchful about any hormonal changes. Increased white discharge in the 9th month is generally safe and normal, but do keep track of its consistency. If it looks very thick like jelly, it could be the mucus plug, which is a sign labor is near.
Oh my god, in my 9th month, every time I felt any wetness, I thought my water broke and would panic! But usually, its just increased discharge or the mucus plug coming out. Please check with your doctor if it feels watery or has a pinkish tint so you can sleep peacefully.
My mother told me that in the final month, the body naturally lubricates the birth canal. But because it is your 9th month, we must be extra careful. If the discharge is very watery or continuous, please call your doctor immediately as it could be leaking fluid.
I totally understand how every little change in this final month makes your heart beat faster. Its most likely just your body preparing to bring your sweet baby into the world. Stay calm, keep your bag packed, and just inform your doctor during your next visit.
Since I had complications and a premature labor scare, I am always very cautious. Any sudden increase in discharge in the 9th month should be monitored closely. Please dont ignore it if it feels watery or is pinkish; call your doctor right away to be safe.
This is very common in the 9th month, dear. The babys head presses against the cervix, causing more discharge. But keep an eye out: if its watery and leaking constantly, or if theres any blood, call your gynac immediately as it could mean labor is starting.
In the 9th month, discharge naturally increases as your body prepares for labor. I had this too and it was quite heavy, but as long as its just clear or white and doesnt smell, its normal. Just keep yourself clean and dry.
