Im around 6 weeks and getting these mild cramps on and off, thoda like period pain. First pregnancy so i dont know whats normal and whats not. How did it feel for u all in the early weeks?
I am in my second trimester now, but during the first few weeks, I had these constant mild cramps. It felt like light menstrual pain and had me so anxious all the time! Did anyone else also feel this constant mild stretching?
Oh, those early weeks are so tough between the nausea and the stomach cramps. Mild cramping that feels like gentle pressure is normal, but make sure to rest a lot. If the pain gets too sharp or makes you feel dizzy, please contact your doctor immediately.
I felt this mild, dull pulling sensation in my lower abdomen during the first few weeks, almost like my period was about to start. It actually made me so emotional and scared because I thought something was wrong. But as long as it's not sharp or accompanied by spotting, it is just your uterus stretching!
Mild, brief cramping is quite common as the embryo embeds. But since I had thyroid issues, I made sure to report even small aches to my doctor during our regular follow-ups. If the cramps feel intense, it is always best to let your gynac evaluate it.
Beta, thoda bahut meetha dard hona normal hai kyunki bacha jagah bana raha hota hai. Rest as much as possible and drink warm water. Par agar dard zyada bade ya khoon dikhe, toh seedhe doctor ke paas jana, ghar pe mat baithna.
Actually yaar, light cramping is totally normal because your body is preparing space for the little one. But if the pain is one-sided or too sharp, don't ignore it. Just call your doctor to be safe, otherwise normal stretching mild pain is fine.
Looking back at those early weeks, I remember panic-searching about every little cramp! It's usually just your ligaments stretching to make room for your growing baby. Unless it is severe or there's bleeding, you can relax and enjoy this phase.
With my PCOS, I was extra careful about every little ache. Mild cramping that comes and goes is usually just implantation or the uterus expanding. But please, if the pain gets severe or you see any pinkish discharge, don't wait and contact your gynac immediately.
