Im in my 2nd trimester and feeling so lazy and stiff all day. Want to stay a little active but scared of doing something wrong. What kind of light exercises are actually safe?
Between office and home, I didn't have time for fancy classes. I just did a quick 20-minute brisk walk daily and did some stretching at my desk. Super practical and keeps you active without wasting hours.
Walking while listening to some peaceful bhajan or calm music did wonders for me. Keep your mind positive and do light stretches at home, it keeps both you and the baby happy and healthy. Take care!
I only did light walks so I could justify eating my favorite parathas later, haha! Seriously, simple walking is the safest and best exercise. Don't overdo anything, just keep it fun.
During my pregnancy, I felt so connected to my baby while doing simple prenatal yoga. I felt it helped me mentally as well as physically. Please do check with your doctor before starting any exercise though.
I had gestational diabetes, so walking after meals was a must for me to control blood sugar. Just make sure to consult your gynac before starting any routine and avoid heavy lifting.
