Currently in my 3rd trimester and the vomiting is still there sometimes because of bad acidity! In the beginning it was mostly frothy acid or whatever food I just ate. The baby is pushing my stomach up, so I just eat very small meals now.

During my pregnancy it was mostly watery acid, and I even threw up on the day of my C-section because of anesthesia. The recovery after delivery is also a big journey, so keep your strength up. Try eating dry toast in bed.
Yaar, actually in the first trimester, it was mostly just clear water or yellowish liquid early in the morning. It felt so disgusting, honestly. I used to keep some dry biscuits near my bed to eat before even standing up.
My MIL told me that throwing up sour water or bile is very normal because of body heat. She used to give me dry roasted fennel seeds to chew, and honestly it helped my nausea a lot. Keep trying small home tips.
Throwing up yellow bile or undigested food is common due to hormonal changes, dear. Try to keep your mind calm, listen to some peaceful bhajan, and drink thoda lemon water. God will give you strength, take care.
