Just found out im pregnant, around 7 weeks. I sometimes take random tablets for headache or acidity without thinking and now im scared about it. Wanted to know which things i should avoid, will confirm with my gynac too.
Please dont take anything on your own, even common painkillers. After my issues my doctor was very strict that every single medicine must be approved by her. Even some allergy tablets are not advised.
Keep a small list of your safe meds that the doctor approves and stick to only those. For me she allowed only one specific paracetamol brand. Dont experiment in pregnancy yaar.
General rule, avoid random painkillers, antibiotics and any old strips lying at home. Always check with your gynac before popping anything. Even for a headache I would just ask first.
