Just entered my first month and im totally clueless about food. Everyone at home is telling me different different things, dont eat this dont eat that. Im so confused now. what all should i actually avoid in these early weeks?
Beta we always tell girls to skip raw papaya and too much pineapple in early days. Eat warm fresh ghar ka khana. But ya whatever your doctor specifically says, follow that first.
Watch the sugary stuff too, I learned that the hard way later. Early on I'd say skip raw items and outside food mainly. Confirm your personal list with your gynac.
In early weeks I couldnt even look at oily fried stuff, it made nausea worse. Apart from the doctors no-list, just avoid heavy greasy food, your tummy will thank you.
My gynac listed raw or undercooked eggs and meat, unpasteurised milk and soft cheeses, raw papaya and pineapple in big amounts, and too much caffeine. She said wash all fruits and veggies well. Rest of normal home food was fine.
Simple rule I followed, avoid street food and outside cut fruits, that saved me from infections and extra doctor visits. Home cooked, properly washed, done. No need for fancy expensive stuff.
