Started planning for a baby this year and im trying to be careful with everything i eat. There's so much conflicting info online im confused. From your own experience what did you avoid while trying?

When we were planning I reduced processed and fried stuff and sugary drinks, and stayed active. Eating cleaner just made me feel healthier overall. I ran my plan by my doctor to make sure it was balanced.
Cut back on too much caffeine, alcohol, and heavy junk food while trying. Honestly nothing dramatic, just clean up the diet a bit and add more fruits, greens and protein. Dont obsess over a single food though.
