Getting really bad headaches these days and the pain is bohot annoying. I dont want to take anything without asking my gynac first, just curious what others were told is okay. Pls share, not asking for any dose just experience.
Bilkul bina doctor se pooche koi dawai mat lena ho na. Pain toh normal hai par self-medication is risky in pregnancy. Gynac se ek baar call pe baat kar lo, safe rahega.
Welcome to the club where even a tiny pill needs a stamp of approval from the gynac! Seriously though, don't play doctor right now. Give your doc a quick call, they will tell u what to swallow without any tension.
I am in my 5th month and also suffering from bad headaches lately. Honestly I am too scared to take any pills right now. Did anyone else get safe medicine prescribed by their gynac for this?
I totally understand how hard it is to deal with pain when u cannot even take normal medicines. It is so tough but you are doing amazing for your little baby. Do check with your gynac once, they will definitely help u find relief.
I remember going crazy with toothache in my second trimester and wanting to take whatever was in the cabinet. But my doctor prescribed a safe paracetamol dosage only. Hang in there, this phase will pass soon and your baby will be in your arms!
Oh this is a really important question. I am trying to conceive and was wondering the same, because I get frequent migraines. Let us know what your doctor suggests so we also know!
Actually yaar, pregnancy me taking random pain meds is a big no-no. I had back pain and my gynac strictly told me to avoid taking anything without asking her first. Just message your doc, they reply quickly for these things.
My body aches everywhere right now in my 34th week, feels like I got run over by a truck! But my doc literally banned all over-the-counter painkillers. So now I just rely on warm water baths and my husband's leg massages, lol.
Listen, never take any painkiller on your own right now, even if it's a common one. Just call your doctor's clinic and ask them, they usually prescribe a mild paracetamol if it's safe for u. For now, try resting in a dark room.
After my C-section, my doctor gave me very specific painkillers that were safe even for breastfeeding. During pregnancy also, they only allow limited safe medicines. Please check with your hospital, they will write the safest option.
