Craving pizza so bad these days yaar but im confused about toppings. Like is paneer and veggies fine, and what about the cheese on top? Anyone know which ones to avoid?
I can only share what I did, but honestly I ate paneer and sweet corn pizza quite a few times when cravings hit. I just made sure it was freshly baked and hot, and completely avoided raw toppings or fancy cold cheese. For me, keeping it simple and well-cooked worked best.
Having gone through a loss before, I was super scared about everything I ate. I strictly avoided cold or raw toppings like jalapeños or uncooked olives. Always make sure the pizza is fresh and piping hot, even simple corn and cheese is fine if cooked well.
Actually, standard baked veggies and well-cooked chicken are totally safe because the high baking oven heat kills bacteria. Just make sure the cheese is pasteurized, which most commercial places use anyway. Best is to run a quick list by your gynac during your next visit just to be 100% sure.
My kid is a toddler now and looking back, I think we worry way too much! Normal toppings like paneer, capsicum and sweet corn are absolutely fine as long as they are fully baked. Just avoid unpasteurized soft cheeses and raw stuff, and enjoy ur pizza cravings!
Yaar mere C-section recovery ke time stomach bahut sensitive tha, so early on I was very careful. Honestly during pregnancy I only ate fully cooked hot toppings like paneer or well-done capsicum, nothing raw. Just ensure the cheese is pasteurized and super hot when u eat.
Mere ghar pe my MIL was so worried about outside food during my pregnancy, so we started making pizza at home. I used basic toppings like paneer, onion, and bell peppers and baked it really well. Safest option and family is also happy with no tension!
