What precaution taken during first month of pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, still very early. Honestly im a little nervous since its my first time and i dont know what all i should be careful about this early. Pls share what u did in the starting weeks.
Please get ur first appointment booked and start prenatal vitamins. If u see any spotting, bad cramps or high fever in this month dont wait, call ur doctor straight away. I learned that the hard way.
My MIL told me to avoid heavy work and lifting in the first month and honestly that part is good advice. Just add folic acid and healthy ghar ka khana to it. And whatever doc says comes first.
My gynac stressed folic acid the most, she said it really matters in the first weeks for baby development. She also told me cut down chai-coffee, no smoking or alcohol around, avoid hot tub kinda heat, and dont take any random tablet without asking. Hydration and sleep too.
Take it slow this month, your body is doing a lot quietly. Start the folic acid, eat warm fresh food, skip raw papaya and pineapple in excess, and avoid any medicine on ur own. You got this.
I felt so paranoid the first month honestly. What helped me was just keeping it simple, folic acid daily, eating home food, walking a little and resting more. Dont overthink every twinge like I did.
First month mainly start ur folic acid, eat clean, avoid raw papaya and too much caffeine. Dont lift heavy stuff and avoid self medication for any small fever or cold, ask doc first. Rest is just take it easy.
