What precautions should be taken in early pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks only. This is my first time so honestly thoda nervous hu about what all I should avoid. Can someone share basic precautions u followed in the early days?
Oh my god, early pregnancy is so nerve-wracking na? I was constantly worried about everything. Just try to take it easy, avoid heavy lifting completely, aur please, no stress. Any weird feeling, just call your gynac, don't wait even a bit.
Yaar, early pregnancy mein na, sabse important is to chill! Seriously, stress mat lo. Actually, just follow what your gynac says, take your vitamins, and avoid any super spicy ya junk food. Aur haan, heavy lifting toh bilkul bhi nahi karna, be careful.
In early pregnancy, I just focused on eating healthy and taking my folic acid regularly. My doc stressed on resting a lot, like really resting. And honestly, no heavy work at all, it makes a huge difference later for a smoother journey, trust me.
My hospital made it very clear, the first few weeks are crucial. Always consult your doctor about everything – diet, exercise, any discomfort. Don't rely on random advice; get detailed instructions from your gynac or the hospital staff directly. They're there to help you understand every step.
For me, it was all about smart planning. Make sure you get enough sleep, even if it means cutting down on social stuff. Carry healthy snacks for work and take your prenatals regularly. And yaar, dont forget to tell your manager if you need to adjust timings for doc visits.
