What precautions should i take in early pregnancy?
Just found out im around 5 weeks and its my first time so honestly im clueless. Want to make sure im doing everything right in these early weeks. Any precautions you would suggest from your own experience?
Keep small snacks handy for the nausea, stay hydrated and dont skip meals even if you feel sick. Rest a lot, early pregnancy tiredness is real. And avoid strong smells if they set off the vomiting.
Take it gently in the first months, eat warm home food and rest well. My family insisted on no heavy work early on and I think that helped. Take your folic acid and follow your doctor for anything serious.
Start folic acid, eat clean home food, avoid raw stuff and self medication, and dont lift heavy things. Rest when tired, your body needs it now. And book that first gynac appointment to set everything up.
Mainly rest, eat well, take your folic acid, and avoid stress and heavy lifting, beta. Listen to your body. And keep your first scan appointment, the doctor will guide the rest.
