This is my first pregnancy and im a bit confused about all the scans. Already did one early ultrasound but doc keeps mentioning more later. Can someone tell me which scans come at which months? Just want to be prepared mentally and financially.
My gynac scheduled a dating scan early, then the NT scan around 12 weeks, the anomaly scan around 20 weeks and growth scans later. The exact list depends on ur case. She explained each one as it came up.

Just a heads up, scans add up cost wise, so I asked my doctor upfront which ones are essential. The main dating, NT, anomaly and growth scans are the key ones. Planning the budget early helped me a lot.
