What should be the minimum gap between two pregnancies?
My first baby is around 1 year old now and family has already started asking about second one. I want to plan properly this time. How much gap is ideal between two pregnancies? curious what others did.
Generally doctors suggest waiting around 18 months to 2 years so your body recovers. But it really depends on your delivery type and health, so ask your gynac for your case. They know your history best.
I kept around 3 years gap between my two and it was much easier to manage. Body gets time and the older one is also a bit independent by then. Whatever you decide, let doctor guide on the medical side.
I had a c-section and my doctor clearly said wait atleast 2 years for the scar to heal properly. My recovery took time so honestly i was glad for the gap. Pls check with your doc since it depends on you.
