What should be the water level in 9th month pregnancy?
Im 36 weeks and my last scan mentioned the amniotic fluid level. doc said its okay but i didnt fully understand what the normal range should be at this stage. can someone explain what level is considered fine in 9th month?

My water was on the lower side in 9th month and they monitored me closely with extra scans. Honestly dont try to guess this from internet, get it confirmed by your doctor only. They told me to stay well hydrated meanwhile.
The amniotic fluid index (AFI) my doctor checked was somewhere around 8-18 cm in the later months, she said anything in that range is normal. She tracks it on scans in the last weeks. Please ask your own gynac for your exact AFI, every pregnancy is different.
