Ghar ka khana khao aur junk food ko bye-bye bol do, kam se kam kuch mahino ke liye! Roz doodh, paneer, aur haryali wali sabziyan khani padegi, chahe man kare ya na kare. Baby ko abhi se healthy khane ki aadat daal do, haha.
Do bachon ke time pe mujhe double bhook lagti thi! Paneer, ande, daal aur ragi ki roti khao taaki protein mile. Zyada bada meal ek baar me mat khao, har do ghante me thoda thoda khao varna acidity se halat kharab ho jayegi.
Apne diet me dahi, daal, palak aur doodh jaisi healthy cheezein shamil karein. Par kyunki har pregnancy alag hoti hai aur complications ka khatra hota hai, ek baar doctor se diet chart banwana hi sabse safe rahega. Apne aap koi heavy diet change mat kijiye.
Pregnancy me daal, chawal, dahi, hare pattekar sabzi aur roz ek phal zaroor khao na. Ghar ka bana saaf khana hi sabse best hota hai. Aur haan, thoda dry fruits bhi bhigo kar khaya karo, baby ke liye bohot acha hota hai.
