Just entered my first trimester and feeling a mix of excited and nervous. Want to do things right from the start, like rest, food, all of it. What helped u in the early weeks?
In my early weeks i just focused on resting and eating whatever stayed down because nausea was real. I felt so tired all the time and it was okay to slow down. First thing i did was fix a gynac appointment.
Stay calm and positive, this is a beautiful phase. Take rest, eat home cooked warm food and keep your mind happy. And do begin your doctor care so everything stays on track.
Mostly just take it easy yaar, dont put pressure on yourself. Eat what you can, sleep lots, and see a gynac to start things properly. Dont stress too much, your body knows what to do.
I'd suggest a pregnancy tracker app to know what to eat and avoid each week, really helped me stay organized. Note your doctor visit dates and questions in it. Made early pregnancy way less confusing.
Start your folic acid, eat small frequent meals, hydrate, and book your first scan with a good gynac. Avoid heavy lifting and self medication. Rest is genuinely important in the first trimester.
