Beta, is time par halka aur garam khana khao. Meri dadi bolti thi ki 9th month me thoda garam doodh me ghee daal kar peena chahiye, isse delivery me aasani hoti hai. Apne khane me daal, dahi aur hari sabzi zaroor rkhna.
