What should i eat in my first trimester of pregnancy?
7 weeks now and honestly nausea is making it hard to eat anything proper. Whatever i put in mouth feels too much. What did u all manage to eat in the starting months that was light on the stomach?
Is pavitra samay mein, aap apne shareer aur mann ka dhyaan rakho. Jo shudh aur ghar ka khana hai, woh khao. Fruits, sabziyan, daal, roti. Apni medicines time pe lo and stay positive. Bhagwan ki kripa se sab theek hoga. Eat well for you and your little one.
First trimester can be tricky with all the nausea, I remember it well! Focus on whatever you can keep down, even if it's bland. Small, frequent meals work best. Don't stress too much about 'perfect' nutrition, just try to get some protein and fruits. My baby is a toddler now, and he's super healthy, so don't worry too much!
Oh, the first trimester was a blur of morning sickness for me! I felt like I couldn't eat anything. My gynac just told me to eat whatever I could tolerate – usually plain rice, daal, and some fruits. It's more about survival sometimes than gourmet meals. Don't feel bad if you can't eat much, it often gets better in the second trimester.
It's so normal to worry about what to eat, especially in the first trimester when nausea is often at its peak. Just try to focus on fresh, home-cooked meals. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, and protein are good. Avoid anything too spicy or oily if it triggers nausea. And remember, your prenatal vitamins are there to fill any gaps, so don't miss them!
During your first trimester, the key is nutrient-dense foods, even if your appetite is low. Focus on folic acid-rich foods like leafy greens, whole grains, and lentils. Protein from paneer, dals, or lean meats is also vital. Small, frequent meals often help with nausea. And always talk to your doctor about your specific diet needs.
