If you are vomiting too much and can't keep even water down, please immediately contact your gynac. Mild nausea can be managed with ginger or lemon, but severe dehydration is risky. Better to get safe medication prescribed by your doctor.
Mujhe toh subah uthte hi bohot ghabrahat hoti thi, ho na. Try eating a dry biscuit or toast before even brushing your teeth. Apne paas thoda nimbu paani rakho, it instantly feels better.
Honestly, during my first trimester, the only thing that didn't make me throw up was cold plain water and glucose biscuits! My kitchen smelled like a crime scene to me back then. Just eat whatever stays down, even if it's just boiled potatoes!
I totally understand how exhausting and draining this feeling is, my heart goes out to you. Try having small, frequent meals instead of heavy ones, and maybe some cold curd or coconut water. Your body is doing such beautiful work, please rest as much as you can.
Oh sweetie, that constant nausea is the hardest part, I feel you so much. I survived on dry toast and ginger tea during those tough weeks. Just take it one day at a time, this phase will pass soon and you will hold your baby.
Carrying twins meant double the morning sickness, I literally carried a bucket everywhere! Cold apples and plain salted biscuits right before getting out of bed helped save my life. Try keeping some crackers on your bedside table, it works like magic!
Try sucking on a lemon wedge or some sour candy whenever you feel pukish, it really helps cut the nausea. Don't stress too much about eating proper meals right now, just eat whatever you can digest in small bites. You are doing great, babe!
