We are planning for a second baby and ghar pe everyone has their own food tips for having a boy. I dont know how much of it is true but thought of asking here. Did any diet actually work for u all?
I really believe whatever comes is a blessing, boy or girl both are gifts. No special food makes a difference. Eat clean, stay positive and take care of yourself, the rest is in higher hands.
My grandmother had so many beliefs about this, sweet to hear but not really true. The doctor told me clearly diet doesnt decide the baby's gender. Just eat well and stay happy, that's the best you can do.
Honestly no food decides boy or girl, that part is determined by the father's chromosome, not diet. I know elders say eat this or that but there's no proof. Better to just eat healthy and balanced for your own body, na.
There's no such diet, that's just a myth honestly. Gender is decided at conception by genes, food cant change it. Focus on getting healthy, take folic acid, and dont fall for these forwards on whatsapp.
Beta, in our family people used to talk about all these food tricks, but truthfully nothing is guaranteed. Eat nourishing food, stay healthy, and accept whatever God gives with love. A healthy baby is what really matters.
