Just found out im pregnant, around 6 weeks. Everyone at home is suddenly telling me dont do this dont do that and im confused what to actually take seriously. Can u all share what u genuinely avoided in the starting months?
Honestly, just avoid heavy lifting, skipping meals, and overworking yourself. Skip self-medicating for headaches or colds and always double-check with your gynac. Stay hydrated, that's the main thing.
Please be very, very careful in these first few weeks. Avoid long journeys, bumpy rides, and any strenuous physical work. If you ever feel even a little bit of spotting or severe cramps, please go straight to your doctor.
Try to avoid high-heat foods and processed snacks, and stick to light coconut water or ginger tea if you feel nauseous. But remember, if you have any severe pain or heavy vomiting, don't try home remedies, just call your doctor immediately.
Beta, shuruat ke teen mahine bahut nazuk hote hain. Bahar ka khana aur jada thandi chizen mat khao. Seedhiyo par teji se mat chadhna aur dhyan rakhna, bhagwan sab thik rakhenge.
Super exciting time! ❤️ Just avoid eating raw papaya, skip long bumpy rickshaw rides, and don't lift heavy buckets. Rest as much as you can and enjoy this phase! 😊
